Cotswold District Council is currently undertaking a ‘Call for Sites’. The council are looking for land or buildings capable of providing housing, renewable energy, or commercial development.

The deadline for submission of a site is 13 November 2020, make this deadline and the site will be included in the 2020 Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) which will be used to inform the Cotswold District Local Plan 2011 to 2031.

Please note that if you have previously submitted a site, there is a need to reconfirm the availability of land.
