Squires Planning is an independent town planning consultancy with offices covering the South East & London, & Thames Valley regions. We love to find simple solutions to complex planning challenges.
Andrew (our Managing Director) established Squires Planning in April 2019 in his home office at Squires Cottage. Since then the company has grown and the team is now accommodated at our two offices in Gatwick/Crawley and Swindon. Our team of qualified planners now work on an ever increasing range of projects for an expanding client base. Why not be part of our journey?

We prepare, submit and manage applications for all types of development - however large or small.
Appeals
We can review a refused application and if we believe there is a fair chance of success, appeal the refusal on your behalf.
Policy & Research
We work with LPA's, Parish Council's and other local groups to write, and prepare evidence to support, planning policy. We also assist with other policy/research matters.

Looking to secure an allocation for development? Let us put your land forward to the relevant Council in its best light.
Engagement & Consultations
We manage, host and attend engagement programmes designed to reach a wide cross-section of a community.
Representations
We prepare and submit representations from individuals, landowners, and organisations in response to emerging planning policy, or applications by others.

Have you found yourself in trouble with your Local Planning Authority because you have completed unauthorised development? We can help you to fight enforcement action or regularise the situation.
General Advice
If you know what you want to do, but not sure how best to achieve it, we can offer impartial and honest advice on your optimum way forward. We also provide ad-hoc advice on planning matters to a number of clients.
