The Greater London Authority (GLA), on behalf of the Mayor, is carrying out a ‘call for sites’ as part of preparing the next London Plan. This is an opportunity for landowners, developers, and other interested parties to put forward sites that could be considered for major housing development. The 'call' applies to all boroughs within Greater London.

The information gathered will feed into the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA), which will help the Mayor and local councils identify housing capacity and inform housing targets for the next London Plan.

The process runs from 18th September to 30th October 2024.

If you have a site you think is suitable for future housing development get in touch with our specialist planners at our South East & London office. We can advise on how to best present your site within the context of the London Plan Review.
