Lambeth Council is re-publishing its Site Allocations DPD Proposed Submission Version to ensure comprehensive public notification. Originally published between 8 March and 3 May 2024, a technical issue prevented some members of the Planning Policy consultee database from receiving email notifications. To rectify this, we they re-issuing the documents pursuant to Regulation 19, ensuring everyone, including previous respondents, is notified.
Representation Period
The new Regulation 19 representation period will run for eight weeks, from 18 June to 5pm on 13 August 2024.
If you have already submitted representations, you do not need to resubmit them. Your previous representations have been recorded and will be considered and submitted to the Planning Inspectorate as part of the Examination process. Please see the Statement of Representations Procedure.
Document Availability
The Site Allocations document outlines site-specific planning policies for thirteen proposed allocation sites in Lambeth. It is available for viewing on the Lambeth website, with hard copies available at Lambeth Libraries and the Lambeth Civic Centre. Additionally, the Sustainability Appraisal and other related documents are available for review and comment.
All representations must be received by 5pm on 13 August 2024.
