Squires Planning is a specialist town and country planning consultancy providing the full range of professional planning services including consultancy, planning applications, development appraisals, planning policy, landowner advice and much more to the private, public, and voluntary/charity sectors.

Whilst we work throughout England and Wales, as we are based just outside of Crawley, our work is focussed in the South East and the following areas in particular; Crawley, Horsham, Lewes, Mid Sussex, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Sevenoaks, Tandridge, Brighton & Hove, Tonbridge & Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Wealden, and the South Downs National Park. That said we do undertake projects nationwide.

We pride ourselves in being a truly independent planning consultancy without any formal ties to other disciplines. This means we always act in our client’s best interest and can help select the project team and inputs which are most appropriate for the project.
